Welcome to the Star Trek: Engage IRC client - this will be your gateway to playing missions with your selected crewmates and the gateway to your character's life in the wider universe. If you are logged in, below you should see two drop-down boxes where you can select the character that you wish to play as - assuming you have more than one character in the ST:E universe - and the ship that you wish you play on.
Feel free to select your character and choice of ship at any time then click the 'Open Subspace' button to join the server and the correct channels. With the Game Director's approval everyone is welcome to watch missions or join in with the players on every ship, even if your character isn't a full-time member of that crew.
